Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Spearhead the end-to-end development of high-performance web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures capable of handling high-volume transactions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver features that exceed customer expectations.
- Performance Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement performance optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on Full Stack development.
- Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js; Node.js backend experience is a plus.
- Cloud: Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative remote or hybrid environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
