Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our backend and frontend systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, technical architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with React, Node.js, or AWS is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
