Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in weekend maintenance windows to perform updates, patches, and critical infrastructure monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design) to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a distributed environment.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and communicate effectively with distributed teams.
- Reliable internet connection and availability for weekend on-call support rotations.
