What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-impact prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT-4 and Claude.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Analyze AI output quality and implement strategies to reduce hallucinations and improve accuracy.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt structures to maximize model performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries and system instructions.
- Stay ahead of AI trends to suggest innovative uses for generative AI in business processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Prompt Engineering or technical writing within an AI/ML environment.
- Strong command of English grammar, rhetoric, and logic.
- Familiarity with Python, JSON, and API integration concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems algorithmically.
- Ability to work autonomously with flexible scheduling.
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful prompt optimization.
