Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable cloud services using AWS/GCP and microservices patterns
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
- Lead feature development from conception to deployment in an agile environment
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent TechNova at tech conferences
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Python/Java/Go
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with distributed systems and data modeling (SQL/NoSQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative communication abilities
