Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Lead the architecture of complex features and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and QA) to deliver high-quality products.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring rigorous code reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Identify technical debt and proactively implement refactoring strategies to improve system performance and maintainability.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and DevOps processes to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript (Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first agile environment.
