Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design and development of web and mobile applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- System Architecture: Design scalable system architectures and microservices that can handle high load and traffic.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java. Familiarity with React or Angular is a plus.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud: Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Tools: Proficient with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
