Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust error handling and logging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first culture.
