Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead technical initiatives and participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance optimization.
- Implement robust security measures and ensure data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on React, Node.js, or Python.
- Proven experience building and deploying RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of AWS or GCP cloud services, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
