Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-quality software architectures and applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to writing testable, maintainable code.
