Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using microservices architecture on AWS/GCP
- Lead full development lifecycle from ideation to production deployment
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric products
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
