- Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Lead incident response and system troubleshooting during assigned shift

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful API design
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Ability to work independently during night shift with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex production issues
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
