Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead API development and integration with financial systems
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance for terabyte-scale data processing
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools
- Contribute to open-source projects used by 50K+ developers
- Collaborate with product team on technical roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating production-level system design
- Experience with FinTech compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, SOX)
