Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern engineering practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and testable code while conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- API Development: Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate seamless integration between frontend and backend applications.
- Cloud & DevOps: Manage deployments to cloud environments (AWS/Azure), maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system reliability.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and enhance user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or backend environment.
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java. Experience with React or Node.js is highly preferred.
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience in PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
