Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architectures for our core products.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Debugging & Optimization: Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize application performance, and ensure high availability.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation for architecture and APIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technologies: Proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js (React/Vue preferred).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Tools: Strong familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
