Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews, debugging, and technical architecture planning to ensure system integrity.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and security standards are met across all development phases.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, reducing latency and improving user experience.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, attending daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) or backend languages (Java, Python, Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH (Relocation package provided).
