Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and Python to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection processes and pipeline efficiency
- Present insights through clear, compelling narratives to non-technical leadership teams
- Support A/B testing initiatives and provide statistical analysis for product optimization
- Document methodologies and ensure data integrity across all reporting outputs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business questions into data solutions
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and accuracy
