Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis caching strategies
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct rigorous testing (unit, integration, load) with JUnit and Selenium

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years building production-grade REST APIs and distributed systems
