Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AWS/Azure architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Drive code quality with unit/integration testing and code reviews
- Resolve complex production issues with 24/7 on-call rotation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design
