Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures using modern best practices.
- Full-Stack Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct code reviews and optimize application performance to ensure minimal latency and maximum uptime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in production environments.
- Agile Leadership: Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive project velocity.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation for all systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Front-End: Deep understanding of React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Databases: Solid knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL technologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
