Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical requirements
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and emerging tech research
- Drive DevOps best practices and infrastructure-as-code implementation
- Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Python/Java
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices patterns
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
