Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using AWS/GCP
- Lead code reviews and maintain high-quality technical standards
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing

- Optimize system performance and implement robust CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production software development
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Python/Java/Go)
- Strong foundation in distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
