Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using microservices and serverless technologies
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical design reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to optimize deployment efficiency and quality
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to solve complex business challenges
- Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high engineering standards
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps and requirements
- Optimize system performance and security using industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with modern frameworks
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (Python/Java/Go)
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to technical detail
