Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and unit testing.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and architectural issues.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical vision of the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, standups) to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
