Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement scalable web applications using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security across cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and deployment strategies.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to overcome complex architectural challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
