Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable microservices architecture for the Project 2026 platform, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and best practices for the 2026 release cycle.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide junior developers and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks in existing systems and lead initiatives to refactor and optimize for speed and efficiency.
- Security: Implement and enforce security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior engineering role.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Go, or Rust.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design complex distributed systems and handle high-concurrency scenarios.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
