Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
- Debug, test, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to handle growing user demands.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript, Python, or Go.
- Strong proficiency with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
