Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and system architecture.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues that arise during off-peak operational windows.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure security, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a Night Shift environment (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
