Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts during night operations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions.
- Automate deployment processes and optimize system performance for scalability.
- Document technical processes and maintain clear communication with day-shift teams.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and user stories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience working in a 24/7 operations environment or availability to work night shifts is mandatory.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
