Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable backend microservices and APIs to support high-traffic applications.
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot complex production issues during night operations.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and reduce downtime.
- Optimize database queries and refactor legacy code for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure security best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go for backend development.
- Experience with React or Angular for front-end integration.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Must be willing and able to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
