Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for our core platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in a 24/7 production environment.
- Write technical documentation and maintain existing codebases to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# with deep knowledge of object-oriented programming.
- Experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Must be available and willing to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
