Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and security alerts during off-hours.
- Debug and resolve production incidents with minimal supervision.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Conduct code reviews and technical documentation for the night team.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience (Java, Python, or Go preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Must be available and willing to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
