Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 24/7 deployment systems
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless workflow
- Implement advanced monitoring solutions for night shift-specific operational insights
- Document system architecture and conduct peer reviews during shift overlap windows
- Proactively address production incidents with rapid response protocols
- Mentor junior engineers during shift transitions
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration
- Proven night shift or remote-first collaboration experience
- Strong background in microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- CI/CD mastery with Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent DevOps tools
- Excellent written communication skills for async collaboration
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Experience with financial/enterprise-grade security compliance
