Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers during shift overlap
- Debug production issues using distributed tracing tools (Jaeger, Grafana)
- Collaborate with APAC/EU teams during handover periods
- Automate infrastructure provisioning via Terraform and Ansible
- Participate in quarterly hackathons with performance bonuses
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Expertise with AWS/GCP and container orchestration
- Experience leading agile development in remote-first teams
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills for high-pressure scenarios
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
