Responsibilities
- Architect and implement distributed systems on AWS/GCP with 99.99% SLAs
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 24/7 global deployments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents
- Present technical solutions to CTO-level stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Java/Rust
- Expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Proven track record with cloud-native deployments on major platforms
- Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures (Leetcode hard level)
- Experience leading projects with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM EST) with weekend rotation
