Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to deliver features on time.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to streamline the release process.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Strong proficiency in Python or Java (or equivalent).
- Frameworks: Solid experience with React, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
