Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architectural design to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the technical culture and standards of the engineering department.
- Identify and implement best practices and technical improvements to enhance code maintainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on web technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
