Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting complex technical issues in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability to ensure a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also accepted.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or similar modern web frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
