Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system architecture that aligns with business goals and technical best practices.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance and security.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript is required; experience with React or Node.js is highly preferred.
- Database Skills: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
