Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring our systems run efficiently under high load.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Testing & QA: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain high software reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#; experience with AWS or Azure cloud services; familiarity with React or Angular.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design and management.
- Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
