Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable software architectures and features using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to software engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs to ensure system stability and performance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Software Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript and experience with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior developers.
