Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and established coding standards.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and refactor code to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and implement robust solutions to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on front-end or full-stack development.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Backend Skills: Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS or Azure services and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and devise efficient solutions.
