Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using Python and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and performance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and uptime.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical strategy discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, specifically Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
