As a key member of our software engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing and maintaining high-performance systems that power our clients' businesses.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical mentoring of junior engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices to improve engineering efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
