Responsibilities
- Design and develop microservices using Java/Spring Boot on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis) for high-traffic applications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Own system reliability through proactive monitoring and incident response
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring framework
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS preferred) and microservices patterns
