Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions
- Implement data-driven monitoring systems using Prometheus and Grafana
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company tech stack
- Drive security best practices across all development lifecycle stages
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production software development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, or distributed systems
- Proven track record of designing cloud-native architectures
- Strong understanding of SRE principles and observability
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system implementations
