- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing codebases and optimize system performance for scalability and speed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless feature delivery.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and provide timely technical support.
- Code Quality: Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to elevate team capabilities.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) ensuring high availability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a modern tech environment.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js. Experience with React or Angular is highly preferred.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure services.
