Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, distributed microservices using modern cloud-native architectures.
- Technical Leadership: Guide the technical direction of projects, making critical architectural decisions that align with business goals.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and code reviews to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and refactor code to ensure sub-millisecond latency and high availability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and maintain automated deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a strong backend language such as Go, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra) databases.
- Frameworks: Experience with React or Angular for front-end, and Express or NestJS for back-end.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure services (Lambda, S3, RDS).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.
