Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing systems to identify bottlenecks and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on time.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct and participate in code reviews to enforce best practices.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues in production environments and implement robust solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Agile Methodology: actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Database Knowledge: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing business requirements.
