Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go/Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using GitLab CI
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct code reviews ensuring system reliability standards
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud architecture knowledge
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven track record of shipping production code
- Experience with financial systems (PCI compliance preferred)
